Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Must be returned in original packaging

  • Returns must be requested within seven (7) days of delivery

  • For hygiene reasons, used grip socks cannot be returned or exchanged

How to Start a Return

  2. We’ll provide return instructions

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your request

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for colour only

  • Subject to stock availability

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer

  • Please allow [7-14] business days after refund approval for the refund to reflect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within [48–72 hours] of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it promptly.
